Under the Vine started with one idea: give Bloomfield a table that always feels like this — a little shade, no rush, good company. We've spent years running busy kitchens, and the thing we kept chasing was exactly this feeling, so we finally built a place around it.
Every day starts the same simple way: marinades mixed, the grill brought up to heat, salads cut crisp, sauces whipped fresh that morning. Bright flavors — lemon, oregano, good olive oil — and we let them do the talking. Greek at heart, relaxed by design, the same every time you walk in.
